I am one of those parents with an adult child at home — and her teenager, too. It is like they are brother and sister! One requires as much nagging as the other. “Pick up your clothes off the floor!”
“Hang up your coat!”
“Put your dishes in the dishwasher!”
And on it goes. The toddler-adult will also stay up all night and sleep all day — if allowed.
At least the real toddler didn’t have to borrow our car, didn’t need money to pay fines, and couldn’t wear our clothes!
